You may browse the site, view our portfolio, and submit inquiries through our contact forms. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict anyone else’s use of the site.
You may not use this website to transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems connected to the website. You may not use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access, collect data from, or interact with this website without our prior written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to video content, photographs, images, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Threefold or its respective clients and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, download, store, or transmit any content from this website without our prior written permission, except that you may view and temporarily cache pages in your browser in the normal course of browsing the site. You may not use our name, logo, or any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Some video content displayed on this website was produced for our clients. The underlying intellectual property rights in such content may belong to the respective clients. Display of client work on our website does not grant you any rights to that content.
3. Portfolio and Case Studies
Our portfolio, case studies, and sample work are presented to demonstrate our capabilities and past projects. The results, outcomes, and experiences described in any case study or project showcase are specific to that particular client and project. We do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Each project is unique, and outcomes depend on many factors specific to the client, their industry, and their goals.
4. Contact Forms and Inquiries
This website may include contact forms, email links, phone numbers, or other methods for you to reach us. When you submit an inquiry through any of these channels, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, contractual obligation, or guarantee of services. We will use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee a response within any specific timeframe. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or request for services at our sole discretion.

These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing any linked website is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the website, including portfolio content, service descriptions, or any other materials. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the website up to date, information may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Threefold, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use this website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of this website exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Threefold, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Video Production Services
Information about our video production services presented on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or contract for services. All video production services provided by Threefold are governed by a separate written project agreement entered into between the Company and the Client. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, intellectual property rights, and other obligations for each project will be detailed in that project agreement.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a binding commitment to provide services at any particular price, within any particular timeframe, or on any particular terms. Service descriptions on this website are subject to change without notice.
10. Aerial and Drone Content
Certain content on this website may depict aerial or drone videography. All drone operations conducted by Threefold comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including Part 107 requirements, and all applicable state and local laws. The display of aerial content on this website does not constitute an offer to perform drone operations in any specific location or jurisdiction, as aerial operations are subject to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements that vary by location.
11. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Burleigh County, North Dakota, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Threefold with respect to your use of this website. These Terms do not govern the provision of video production services, which are subject to separate project agreements. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to your use of this website.
